The project involved the construction of a new build two storey extension to the existing school to provide new administration space, staff rooms and teaching spaces along with a new build single storey extension to accommodate a Library, Teaching spaces including construction & science and a Special Needs Unit (SNU).

The contract was completed within an existing live school environment and included electrical refurbishment and rewire  works within the existing live operational school building including upgrading of fire and life safety systems.
