Petrom, one of the most important oil refineries in Romania, contracted Envisan to remediate 3 large lagoons with oil sludge nearby her refinery in Pitesti. Envisan designed and constructed a state-of-the-art and permanent treatment plant. With this plant a total of 180,000 m³ of oil sludge was treated, for this contract only. It is expected more volumes of sludge will be received in the future.
PMcK won the contract to design, install and integrate the Biomass Blending Line into the existing Desludging process.
A Form 4 T6 panel was located in the non hazardous area, with the majority of the motors, control and field devices being installed in various types of Hazardous Zones (Gas & Liquids)
PMcK have certified engineers competent for the installation of Ex electrical equipment in Hazardous Areas, Units EX01 to EX10 Compex Approved
A Complex project with various stakeholders, PMcK delivered the Power, Control & Automation to over 150 Motors on an extensive site.
During the design process our team will produce installation documentation such as cable block diagrams, cable schedules and termination schedules. These documents are used by our installation team and ensure the systems are installed accurately as per our design.
