PMcK Electrical worked with the McAvoy Group  to deliver office accommodation to a global pharmaceutical company that specialises in the development and commercialisation of innovative biopharmaceuticals for serious diseases and medical conditions.

A 980m2 single storey office building and  a second 600m2  office accommodation a few weeks later.  The  buildings accommodate staff at the Ringaskiddy plant in Co. Cork.

High end specification buildings that needed Intelligent LED Lighting, integration with estate wide Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting systems, and the delivery of Critical Power and UPS solutions for electrical services within the Building.
