Ocean Drive

Construction began on a next-generation build-to-rent neighbourhood in Leith, Edinburgh, set to deliver 373 homes, including family and affordable housing, across four apartment blocks, along with 1.3 acres of new public realm space.

The project has been guided by a detailed ESG strategy, which includes the creation of £2 million worth of socio-economic benefits—such as 60 local jobs—and targets a 55% reduction in operational carbon emissions. Once completed, Dockside is expected to be one of Scotland’s most sustainable residential developments.
