The redevelopment of the Grade A listed Custom House building comprises a four-star 303-bed Clayton Hotel and 162-bed Adagio Aparthotel.
The A-Listed Custom House building has been refurbished and functions as the main entrance to the Clayton hotel with public spaces including lobby, bar, meeting and conference facilities. Adjacent to the historic building and connected, in part, by a 3-storey link building with a glazed atrium, the modern new build structure climbs 16-storeys high, providing a striking connection of old and new architecture.
