The project involved the design and construction of a new nine-story, 245-bedroom CitizenM Hotel, along with all related external works, drainage, and services. The façade of the existing building has been retained and integrated into the final design.
Additionally, the existing basement has been preserved and incorporated. The ground floor includes comprehensive front-of-house and back-of-house facilities, such as meeting rooms, a bar, reception area, check-in desk, pantry, and staff changing rooms.
