PMK Awarded Electrical Services Package for IDA Ireland Advance Building Solution in Mullingar

PMK is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the electrical services contract by Tracey Brothers for IDA Ireland’s new Advance Building Solution development in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. The project represents a continued collaboration with both Tracey Brothers and IDA Ireland, reinforcing PMK’s strong track record in delivering complex electrical installations for repeat clients across the industrial and commercial sectors.

Tracey Brothers has been appointed as Main Contractor to deliver the 4,727m² state-of-the-art facility on IDA lands in Mullingar, with construction now underway. The development will provide approximately 3,500m² of modern production space, complemented by 570m² of office accommodation across two floors, along with ancillary spaces designed to support the evolving needs of current and future foreign direct investment companies.

PMK’s scope of works includes the full delivery of electrical services, comprising:

• Mains Switchgear and LV Distribution
• General and Emergency Lighting
• General Power
• Fire and Security
• Access Control / CCTV
• ICT / Structured Cabling
• UPS Critical Services Backup

The project is being delivered in collaboration with RPS Group as Consultant and is designed with flexibility for future expansion. In line with IDA Ireland’s sustainability strategy Adapt Intelligently, the building is targeting LEED Accreditation, incorporating measures to reduce carbon emissions and promote long term environmental performance.
