PMK is delighted to be delivering the complete electrical services installation for the new Carrybridge Hotel, a significant £12 million hospitality investment set to enhance the tourism offering in County Fermanagh.
Located at Carrybridge overlooking the renowned Carrybridge Moorings, the new 60 bedroom hotel will enjoy panoramic views across Upper Lough Erne, creating a stunning destination for visitors, locals and boating enthusiasts. The development will feature a 150 seat restaurant and bar, complemented by two stylish private dining rooms designed to provide a premium lakeside hospitality experience.
Awarded by Tracey Brothers, the project represents a major investment in the region and is expected to strengthen Fermanagh’s position as one of Northern Ireland’s leading tourism destinations.
PMK has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive electrical services package across the hotel including:
- Mains switchgear and LV Distribution
- General and Emergency Lighting
- General Power
- Fire And Security Systems
- ICT / Structured Cabling
- PV Installation
The inclusion of renewable energy technology through the PV installation supports the project’s commitment to sustainability while helping to reduce operational energy costs.
